He is closely involved in the Strategic Initiatives of the company and technology development. Paddy has been involved in the IT industry for over 25 years with leading organizations like PSI-Bull and Infosys. At Infosys, Paddy led the solution architecture team of Finacle banking software, now the global market leader for international banking software. He lead the team to re-architect the product to a centralized browser based architecture and optimized the performance to set new benchmarks globally for scalability of core banking applications. Paddy is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University.
