Cross Industry Leader, AWS Industries Professional Services, APJ Shubhangi Deshpande leads AWS Industries' professional services team across multiple industry verticals in the Asia Pacific and Japan region, where she focuses on digital cloud transformations, GenAI solutions, and co-creation of cloud-native solutions tailored to specific industry needs. With three decades of global experience , and holding C level positions at organizations including Oracle, SunGard (now FIS), and Virtusa, she has built a track record of orchestrating business growth and transformation initiatives across India, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She had establishment and management of delivery centers in India, Manila, and Singapore in the past, where she led teams of 500-700 professionals in delivering some award-winning projects. Before her corporate leadership roles, Shubhangi spent eight years as a startup founder in India, building a successful web-based training business with a focus on innovation and diversity. This unique blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial experience brings practical depth to her approach in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Laurent Valluy is part of SAP UK Services Leadership Team, responsible strategic customer engagements. As an Account Delivery Executive, his mission is to manage SAP Services teams to achieve all SAP commitments, in alignment with the Customer & SAP joint strategy. Laurent joined SAP in 2017 in Singapore, where he led a respectable number of high stakes engagements, in many industries, across APJ. He relocated to London in 2023. Prior to joined SAP, Laurent was already active in SAP APJ ecosystem, as GM of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Applications business for South-East- Asia, Hong-Kong, Taiwan and South-Korea. Laurent was initially recruited by HP France, in the HP Software business Unit focusing on the Telecom Industry, where he held a wide range of positions from R&D to global support services, before relocating to Singapore to manage the APJ regional operations of HP Communication & Media Solutions business unit. Earlier in his career, Laurent worked on developing AI-Expert Systems for monitoring satellites at Airbus Space (formally EADS), and for supporting medical diagnosis at The Finnish National Research Center (Tampere, Finland). He started his career at in the Signal Processing research Dpt of AT&T Bell Labs (Murray-Hill, New-Jersey, USA). Laurent holds a Master of Sciences from “Telecom Paris Tech”, Paris (France) and attended Business Management Programs in INSEAD.
