Varun Babbar is the managing director for Qlik India. Varun is responsible for spearheading Qlik’s India operations in the region empowering customers in India and South Asia to lead their businesses with data by enabling them to see more deeply into customer behaviour, discover new revenue streams, and balance risk and reward. Varun comes from a strong technical background, having started his career at Qlik almost a decade ago where he joined as the director of pre-sales for India. Before joining Qlik, he spent more than a decade in various leadership roles managing clients in Switzerland, USA and India at both IBM and Infosys. Varun graduated with a bachelor of engineering degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala before completing a postgraduate degree in business management and strategy from IIM, Indore.
