Prof Preetam Basu
Dr Preetam Basu is Professor in Operations Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He was earlier engaged with Operations and Information Management Department, School of Business, the University of Connecticut and Mathematics & Statistics Department, University of Minnesota Duluth. His degree includes PhD from the University of Connecticut; MS (Applied Mathematics) from the University of Minnesota & MS (Mathematics), Jadavpur University. He has published innumerable papers in well-regarded journals and international conferences in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Modelling Financial Services & Outsourcing Revenue Management
Prof Indranil Bose
Dr Indranil Bose is Professor of Management Information Systems at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Previously he was a faculty member at the University of Hong Kong, University of Florida, and the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Bose has extensive teaching, research, consulting, and case writing experience in the fields of business analytics, telecommunications and networking, information security, supply chain management, and strategic management. His degrees include BTech (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, MS from the University of Iowa, and MS and PhD from Purdue University. He has published 100+ papers in well-regarded journals and international conferences in the areas of telecommunications, electronic commerce, green business, data mining, and information security. He is also the author of several teaching cases published by the Asia Case Research Center (ACRC), The University of Hong Kong and by the IIMCCRC.
