Tableau has released CRM Spring ‘22 to offer secure, in-context and on-demand analytics experience within Salesforce. Now, users can build smarter, automated, and intelligent business processes with Einstein Discovery in Salesforce Flows. You can use a row or a field to generate predictions, and suggest improvements.
The Einstein Discovery Multiclass Classification Model feature allows classifying data and predicting outcomes among up to 10 different categories. The support for multiclass models adds a third use case to the existing numeric and binary classification models that Einstein Discovery already provides. The Discovery Predict transformation for Data Prep recipes now supports the Einstein Discovery multiclass models, which will allow developers to embed predictions from multiclass models directly in Lightning record pages and Experience Cloud sites pages using the Einstein Predictions Panel.
Repeater Widget allows creation of dynamic card layouts to visualise data– now users can add images and charts in addition to text and numbers.
Tableau CRM is native to Salesforce and admins can now configure the Salesforce CDP users to access Tableau CRM inside CDP. CRM users can now query Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) data and get powerful actionable insights embedded right in their workflow without even moving or prepping the data. The users can view insights on Salesforce CDP data in embedded dashboards for any Salesforce Object.
The Tableau CRM for Public Sector empowers executives, department heads, and compliance officers to make data-driven decisions, optimising regional economic development and public safety with analytics.
