Manoj is an international business leader with over 22 years of experience, specialising in product innovation and transforming disruptive technologies into successful business models.
As Head of dunnhumby India, Manoj has been focusing on establishing the Indian entity as the key engine, powering the growth of dunnhumby, a global leader in customer data science. Under his leadership, India’s office grew by over 40% within two years, deepening its data science and product engineering capabilities. Manoj has also served as the interim Global Head of Applied Data Science, leading a team of nearly 400 data scientists across four continents.
Before dunnhumby, Manoj was the CEO of start-up Ziligence, an AI-driven B2B sales prospecting platform he co-founded in 2017. Previously, he spent three years in London as the Managing Director for InsightBee by Evalueserve. InsightBee is a cloud-based business research platform that combines the benefits of automation and AI with the judgement of human researchers.
An MBA from XLRI and B.Tech. from IIT Madras, Manoj has also led global operations across five continents overseeing a 700-person research and analytics team at Evalueserve. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with Accenture, with stints in India, UAE, Italy and Indonesia.
