Hansa Cequity has been certified as a Best Firm for Data Scientists by Analytics India Magazine (AIM) through its workplace recognition programme. The certification is based on structured feedback from data science and analytics professionals within the organisation and evaluates how companies enable technical teams to contribute to business and client decision-making.
The Best Firm for Data Scientists certification surveys assess workplace culture, access to leadership, collaboration, learning opportunities, and the nature of analytical work delivered. AIM conducts an independent analysis of survey responses to understand how effectively organisations support data teams in their day-to-day work.
At Hansa Cequity, the certification recognises how data science and analytics teams operate within client engagements, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to address real-world problems across marketing, customer engagement, and enterprise data initiatives.
Building Data Science Capability in Client Environments
Over the past few years, Hansa Cequity has focused on building data science capability that is closely aligned with client delivery. Teams are structured to handle end-to-end responsibilities, from data preparation and model development to insight delivery and client communication.
Commenting on her experience, Mansi Patil, Data Scientist – Data Science & AI, said, “I joined Hansa Cequity two years ago as an intern, where I gained hands-on exposure to real business data, client interactions, and practical analytics, which strengthened my confidence and interest in the field.”
After her internship, Mansi moved into an Associate Data Scientist role, where she contributed to backend operations, built machine learning models, and delivered insights across domains. Over time, she became involved in client discussions and presentations.
“I also had the opportunity to represent Hansa Cequity at the WAVES Summit 2025, where my teammate and I secured Silver in the Hackathon,” she added.
As responsibilities expanded, Mansi independently managed tasks and ensured project continuity during her manager’s absence, leading to her promotion to Data Scientist.
“Hansa Cequity has given me a strong foundation in business thinking, professionalism, and client-focused problem-solving, enabling consistent growth and learning early in my career,” she said.
