MachineCon GCC Summit 2026 Returns to Goa as the Most Outcome-Driven Gathering for Global Capability Center Leaders

The 10th edition of MachineCon GCC Summit will take place from 19–21 June 2026 at Alila Diwa Goa, returning as an invite-only, three-day residential conference for senior Global Capability Center leaders in India. Built for depth rather than scale, MachineCon GCC Summit has established itself as one of the few platforms where real GCC decisions are discussed, debated, and shaped.

Designed as a residential experience, the summit enables sustained, outcome-driven conversations among GCC heads, CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, and global operations executives who are actively responsible for building and scaling centers in India.

Why MachineCon GCC Summit Matters to the GCC Ecosystem

Global Capability Centers in India are no longer execution arms. They are becoming innovation engines, AI hubs, and strategic business units. MachineCon GCC Summit is built around this reality.

The 2026 edition focuses on accelerating GCC growth in India, bringing together leaders navigating compliance, talent scale-up, AI adoption, operating models, and cross-border alignment. Discussions are structured to move beyond frameworks into what is actually working inside large enterprises.

The residential format ensures conversations continue beyond sessions, creating a trusted environment where leaders speak candidly and share learnings that are rarely discussed on public stages.
