Google Cloud Partners with JM Financial to Help Improve Customer Experience

Google Cloud and Mumbai-based financial services firm JM Financial announced a strategic partnership to help build its retail digital customer base and improve its customer experience strategy. 

The investment banking company is building a new technology platform called blinkX that runs on Google Cloud as the primary backbone of its infrastructure and analytical capabilities. BlinkX will help JM Financial offer a wide range of products and services to their digital retail consumers.

Google Cloud’s data and analytics capabilities will help the new platform understand its customers better and deliver more personalised experiences and reduce its customer churn while increasing engagement.
