Infosys and LogicMonitor Join Forces to Boost IT Operations

This partnership combines Infosys AIOps Insights from its Cobalt cloud offering with LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI to significantly improve IT operations’ observability, performance, and reliability across complex systems.

Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, announced on Wednesday a strategic collaboration with LogicMonitor, a leading AI-powered SaaS hybrid observability platform.

This partnership combines Infosys AIOps Insights from its Cobalt cloud offering with LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI to significantly improve IT operations’ observability, performance, and reliability across complex systems.

“With our expertise in AI-driven insights and proven methodologies leveraging Infosys Cobalt, this alliance helps our customers make informed business decisions while unlocking innovation across the ecosystem,” Anant Adya, EVP and service offering head at Infosys, added.

The joint solution aims to reduce problem diagnosis and resolution time by up to 30%, cut redundant alerts by up to 70%, and provide comprehensive visibility across diverse IT environments. It also offers persona-based insights to improve forecasting and support proactive IT resolutions and business decisions.

“As enterprises navigate increasingly complex IT environments that span on-premises, multi-cloud, and critical devices, the need for a unified, hybrid observability platform powered by AI has never been greater,” Michael Tarbet, global vice president, MSP & channel at LogicMonitor, stated.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Infosys and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) signed a three-year technology partnership on Tuesday to support the HSBC Championships at Queen’s Club, London.

As part of the agreement, Infosys becomes the official AI and Innovation Partner for the event.
Infosys will use its AI technology, Infosys Topaz, to deliver real-time match insights and interactive fan features. The collaboration will also support sustainability and community engagement initiatives through digital tools.
