HFCL has announced that it will integrate AI into its IO products portfolio, partnering with Aprecomm, an AI-powered Wi-Fi analytics technology provider. HFCL's IO products will have AI-powered network analytics to enhance the experience for network service providers and end-users. Following the integration of AI-powered analytics, HFCL's wireless solutions will monitor customer experience in real-time and calibrate the Wi-Fi network through its cloud management platform cNMS.
Aprecomm's VWE AI engine duly integrated into all HFCL IO Wi-Fi products can achieve automation network optimisation in real-time. Meanwhile, network operators and administrators will access a dashboard covering network parameter analytics like event analysis, deployment assist, measure user index, measure user experience through correlation, insights, and others.
The telecom equipment company integrated Aprecomm's Evolv engine in PM-WANI deployments. HFCL's AI solution will be offered to its existing customer for over 100,000 existing deployments, and they have also planned to make it available for all new customers by default.
Mahendra Nahata, MD, HFCL, said, "Integration of Aprecomm's AI-powered solutions to our platform enables HFCL to offer enhanced user experience with reliability and security. This partnership will help build resilient networks for all kinds of deployments.
"Having reliable Internet connectivity has become essential in today's world. Programmes like PM-WANI are driving us closer to this dream. Network intelligence and self-management will play vital roles with this increased connectivity," added Pramod Gummaraj, Co-Founder and CEO, Aprecomm.
