Axtria has acquired Conexus Solutions, marking its entry into end-to-end CRM capabilities and deepening its push into AI-led commercialisation for the life sciences sector.
The deal brings together Axtria’s agentic AI platform with Conexus’ CRM transformation expertise across Veeva Systems and Salesforce ecosystems, aiming to create a unified layer that connects customer engagement systems with data-driven intelligence.
Axtria said the combined offering will enable life sciences companies to move from fragmented workflows to an integrated model spanning data, analytics, CRM, and field execution.
“This acquisition is a highly strategic step in Axtria’s journey to build the most comprehensive AI-driven commercial platform for life sciences,” said Jassi Chadha, President and CEO, Axtria. “Together, we are uniquely positioned to bridge systems of engagement with systems of intelligence.”
The acquisition comes at a time when life sciences companies are facing mounting pressure from patent expiries, the rise of specialty and cell-and-gene therapies, and increasing demand from payers for outcomes-based evidence. CRM systems, long treated as transactional tools, are now expected to serve as the operational backbone for these shifts.
Conexus brings domain expertise across commercial, quality, and R&D operations, along with a certified talent base and established relationships within major CRM platforms. Its capabilities are expected to complement Axtria’s AI products, including SalesIQ, CustomerIQ, MarketingIQ, and DataMAx.
“Joining Axtria is an exciting next step for Conexus,” said Akshay Kapadia, Founder and CEO, Conexus Solutions. “Our clients will continue to receive the same trusted service while gaining access to Axtria’s broader capabilities.”
The combined entity is positioning itself as a full-stack provider, offering an AI-native operating model that integrates data, analytics, CRM, and execution into a single system.
The move reflects a broader shift in the life sciences technology landscape, where companies are moving away from stitching together multiple vendors for data, analytics, and CRM, toward unified platforms designed to translate insights into real-time action.
Axtria said it will retain Conexus’ operating culture and client relationships while scaling its capabilities across its global customer base.
