Kapture CX, a comprehensive agentic AI platform tailored for specific industries, has successfully completed its $10 million pre-Series B funding round led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures (BFSV). Existing investors, Cactus Partners and India Alternatives, also participated in this round.
The new funding will drive Kapture’s expansion into global markets and support ongoing R&D investments. The company targets a fivefold revenue growth in the coming years to capitalise on opportunities in today’s enterprise landscape.
Commenting on the investment, Lakshmi Iyer, Group President of Investments and Managing Director & CEO, Bajaj Alts, said in a statement: "We are currently in the process of launching the AI Opportunities Fund to invest across the emerging AI ecosystem. Kapture's deep-tech capabilities, including model training, combined with its strong understanding of enterprise workflows and robust partner ecosystem, position the company strongly within the evolving AI landscape."
Kapture streamlines the entire technology stack, including models, the agentic layer, and the user interface, enabling enterprises to implement AI easily without the hassles of multiple providers. The platform is specialised and leverages advanced technology to customise solutions for various industries, effectively transforming complex enterprise operations.
"Since our Series A round in 2023, Kapture has grown 4x and achieved what remains rare in the AI economy - profitability. Having an AI-first organisation like Bajaj Finserv Ventures lead this round is powerful validation of our value proposition," Sheshgiri Kamath, Co-founder and CEO of Kapture CX, added.
Founded in 2014 in Bengaluru, Kapture CX is a full-stack Agentic AI platform tailored for large enterprises. It combines AI agents, operational intelligence, and human oversight in a single system, allowing businesses to efficiently manage complex workflows at scale.
According to the company, Kapture’s platform is currently trusted by more than 1,000 enterprises in 18 different countries, including major players like Bajaj Finance, as well as several companies within the Tata Group and Reliance Group.
