Pegasystems, an AI-powered platform for enterprise transformation and commonly known as Pega, has inaugurated a new office at EcoWorld Tech Park in Bengaluru with an investment of more than ₹60 crore, expanding its presence in India and establishing a new Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) for client engagement, product demonstrations, and executive collaboration.

The facility, which is 1.5x larger than Pega’s previous Bengaluru office, will serve as a hub for engineering, client engagement, and business development across the Asia-Pacific region.

The inauguration was attended by Karnataka’s Minister for Home, Information Technology & Biotechnology and e-Governance, Priyank M Kharge, along with Pega Founder and CEO Alan Trefler and senior company executives.

At the centre of the new office is the Bengaluru EBC, which will host executive meetings, partner collaborations, product demonstrations, solution showcases, roadmap discussions, advisory sessions, and customer events. Pega said the investment is intended to strengthen engagement with enterprise customers and partners in the region.

The office has more than 350 seats and over 35 meeting and conference rooms across connected floors. It also includes collaboration areas, technology-enabled meeting rooms, wellness spaces, and employee amenities. The facility is certified under LEED, WELL, and IGBC Platinum standards.

“Karnataka warmly welcomes Pegasystems’expanded presence in Bengaluru,” said Kharge during the opening. “This investment is a strong endorsement of the state’s position as a global technology hub and reflects the confidence that leading enterprises place in Karnataka’s talent and ecosystem.”

Dr Manjula N, IAS, Secretary to Government, Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology, and Chairperson of the BWSSB, Government of Karnataka, said Pega’s investment would strengthen Bengaluru's position as a centre for engineering and enterprise innovation.

“Karnataka's growth as a global technology hub is being shaped by a strong talent base, forward-looking policy, and institutions that help innovation move from idea to implementation,” she said. “Pegasystems’ investment in Bengaluru adds to this momentum by strengthening the city's role as a centre for advanced engineering, enterprise innovation, and strategic collaboration.”

“India is central to Pega’s global growth strategy, and this expansion reflects the confidence we have in the talent and capabilities here,” Trefler said. “The new Bengaluru Executive Briefing Centre is a significant addition, designed to offer our clients a premier destination to experience Pega’s innovation first-hand and deepen the partnerships that are critical to our shared success.”

Deepak Visweswaraiah, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Pega India, said the new office would support client demonstrations and executive discussions while providing capacity for the company’s next phase of growth.
