Neo AI, a Bengaluru-based enterprise artificial intelligence startup founded by serial entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia, is building a unified work platform to help companies overcome fragmented knowledge and disconnected workplace tools as they accelerate the adoption of large language models and AI copilots.

The company brings task management, knowledge management, file collaboration and AI agents onto a single platform, seeking to address a key challenge facing enterprises: information required by AI systems is often scattered across software-as-a-service applications, documents, project-management tools and employees’ institutional knowledge.

“Most organisations fail to capture the value of AI because context is fragmented, knowledge is scattered across teams and tools remain disconnected,” Turakhia said in a post on X. “Neo changes that by centralising context and making AI a first-class participant in every workflow, not a tab beside it.”

Friday, the company’s agent layer, is connected to more than 1,000 external applications, according to reports. The platform is also designed to be model-agnostic, allowing enterprises to choose or switch the underlying AI models used across their workflows rather than being locked into a single provider.

Neo has already been deployed internally across Turakhia’s companies, including Zeta and Titan, since April. The startup is expected to begin an external rollout with select customers in India and the US in August, before a broader release planned around January. It will initially target knowledge workers at technology, consulting and professional-services firms.

Neo currently has around 45–50 employees, including about 18 engineers, and plans to grow to roughly 100 people by the end of the year. Turakhia said the initial platform was built in under three months by a team of fewer than 20 engineers, with AI used extensively during development.

He claimed the team achieved in three months what would otherwise have taken years under a conventional software-development approach. Neo is expected to follow a pricing model combining a per-seat fee with charges based on token consumption.

The launch is  Turakhia’s fifth major entrepreneurial venture after Directi, Radix, Titan and Zeta.

Neo enters an increasingly crowded enterprise AI market. It will compete with productivity incumbents such as Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for Workspace, as well as with AI-enabled collaboration and work-management platforms, including Notion AI, ClickUp, Asana, and Atlassian.
