With another year, comes another release schedule. The world’s biggest companies are gearing up to launch some of the year’s biggest games in March, with gaming enthusiasts worldwide waiting for some of the hottest titles to drop. Here are the 5 most awaited games of March 2019, sorted by announced release date.
Devil May Cry 5: March 8
DmC 5 is one of the most awaited games of the year, with the E3 reveal trailer putting fans of the franchise in a frenzy. It is of the 3D hack-and-slash brawler genre, and brings a lot of new gameplay mechanics to the table, along with the choice to play as one of 3 characters.
Some of the series' returning fans will recognize the regular mainstays, such as Nero and Dante, but the newest character announced in the franchise is one simply known as V. The ability to play as the new character is one of the biggest selling points for the game presenting a novel method of defeating demons. The character functions in a puppeteer playstyle and will have 3 different summonable demons for specialized attacking styles.

Those who have played the demo have pegged it as the "most fun we'll have in an action game in 2019". The rest of us will have to wait for its release on March 8th on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The Division 2: March 15
The smash hit by Ubisoft was known as "The Divison" swept store shelves when it released in March 2016, marking the then-biggest ever opening weekend sale for the studio. Now, 2 years after its release, the studio is gearing up to release the sequel to the game, creatively titled "The Divison 2".
It is set to be one of the biggest releases of the year, and Ubi has already tied up with both AMD and Nvidia to bundle the game with their latest GPUs. While this will allow for a healthy initial player base, fans of the original Division will also find a lot to be familiar with the new offering.
