Bengaluru-based Analytics Company Course5 Intelligence has made key appointments in leadership roles across verticals including AI Labs, Corporate Strategy, Products, CPG, Pharmaceuticals, Competitive Intelligence, and Digital and Advanced Analytics. Anees Merchant, Global Business Head- Digital, Applied AI and Research at Course5 Intelligence, has announced the onboarding of Jayachandran K R, Bhupinder Grewal, Raman Khatri, Imran Saeed, Kapil Malhotra, Sidharth Sivasailam and Vishal Dhruve.

Here are the key hirings: 

Jayachandran KR 

Jayachandran has joined Course5 Intelligence as the Senior Vice President of AI Labs.  Prior to this, he served as the Associate VP and Head of AI CoE – Engineering and R&D Services at HCL. Jayachandran has more than two decades of experience working with Virtusa, IBM, Infosys, Covansys and Maruti Udyog Limited. 

Jayachandran’s expertise lies in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation and has developed industry-focused solutions leveraging Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. 

Raman Khatri

Raman has joined Course5 Intelligence as the Vice President, Sales for Pharma Analytics and Insights. He has close to three decades of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries, driving client services and account management. Raman is well-versed in sales, medical education, market access and regulatory compliance. He has worked with The Smart Cube, Practical Analytics, Evalueserve Inc, Indegene Lifesystems, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly and Company. 

His experience revolves around training and education, business intelligence, and data analytics. 

Bhupinder Grewal 

Bhupinder has joined the company as Vice President Corporate Strategy (FP and A). He comes with 20-years of experience in Financial Planning and Analytics. Bhupinder has earlier worked with Siemens, WNS Global Services, and Inventurus Knowledge Solution. Prior to joining Course5i, he served as the Associate VP of Corporate Strategy and FP&B at GeBBs Healthcare Solutions. 

Imran Saeed 

Imran has joined Course5 Intelligence as the Vice President, Global Head – CPG. At Course5 Intelligence, he is responsible for building and deploying digital transformation roadmap, learning and creating Applied AI solutions to support decision making and driving adaptability within the organisation. 

Imran is an Advisory Board Member of Rutgers BigData Advisory Council at Rutgers University.  He comes with 20-plus years of experience in growth hacking and developing solutions frameworks using a combination of analytics and technology. 

Imran has previously worked with Absolutdata Analytics, GE Capital, GENPACT Analytics and Intech Software Solutions. 

Kapil Malhotra 

Kapil joined the company as VP, Digital and Advanced Analytics. He is responsible for leading strategy, operations, people capabilities, solutions and P&L for digital analytics for more than 10 clients of Course5 Intelligence. Prior to this, Kapil served as the Director of Head of Analytics – Asia and MENA region at Pepsi. 

He comes with around 20 years of experience in Analytics Delivery and Implementation. He has been featured in Analytics India Magazine’s top 40 Industry Leaders in Analytics. 

Siddharth Sivasailam 

Siddharth joined Course5 Intelligence as the Vice President of Products. He comes with more than 18 years of experience in leadership roles across product management, digital strategy, program management and business operations. 

He is an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad and University of Michigan. Siddharth has earlier worked with University of Michigan, Convergys, Microsoft, Cognizant, BNY Mellon, Purpleslate and Chennai Business School. 

Vishal Dhruve 

Vishal joined as the Product Head of Course5 Compete last December. An alumnus of The University of Glasgow, Vishal has earlier worked with Amazon and eClerx. Prior to joining Course5 Intelligence, he served as the Program Manager at eClerx.
