Alekh has an academic experience of twelve years and several noteworthy publications in numerous top-ranked journals. Dr Gour has also been a recipient of multiple prestigious awards, such as the Young Scientist Award by the M.P Council of Science and Technology, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, and more recently, the "InsideIIM Professor of the Year 2020 at GIM" award.
