Global hyper-automation services company Vuram is planning to hire over 500 technical people in India this year. According to the firm’s top official, the hiring will include a combination of 400 qualified professionals and 100 freshers.
Director of people and operations, Suresh Kumar Chitralayam, said, “The Indian IT industry has unlocked a trillion-dollar opportunity to become the global technology hub for the nation’s fast-emerging hyper-automation businesses. In 2021, we had a growth of 112% from 468 to 973 people.”
The IT company ranked 61 among more than 1,500 applicants worldwide in the list of 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators by Fast Company. In addition, the company was the only applicant on the Top-100 list, representing India.

Established in 2011, the firm’s technology stack encompasses robotic process automation, business process management, machine learning, document processing AI, and analytics.
Presently, the company has offices in Chennai and Bengaluru, and is about to open facilities in Jaipur, Coimbatore and Tiruchirapalli. It has also expanded its services in global regions such as the US, Mexico, Canada, Netherlands and Australia.
