Jigsaw Academy Launches A Program On People Analytics & Digital HR In Collaboration With IIM Indore

Jigsaw Academy recently announced that launch of a new program on People Analytics & Digital HR in association with IIM-Indore. Designed for a duration of 3 months, this short term duration course is recommended for HR Professionals with interest in People Analytics & Digital Transformation. 

The course aims to empower the Modern Human Resource Manager with tools & techniques to take better and smarter decisions. It has particularly become important as the workplaces are experiencing a change in the work pattern and culture due to pandemic. 

The institutions believe that this course can benefit professionals irrespective of their job roles and career stage. The course will make professionals abreast with the tools that may be most required to upgrade the current HR practices to keep businesses running. 



Talking about the program, Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM said that a programme on people analytics is the need of the hour. He believes that the 40+ hours of live instructor-led virtual classroom sessions from the expert faculty members from IIM Indore & Jigsaw Academy will help the participants become ready for the coming times.
