Harshita Srivastava

Harshita Srivastava is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of GreyLabs AI, a voice AI company focused on helping financial institutions derive actionable insights from customer conversations. An IIT Kanpur graduate, she has spent her career building artificial intelligence and conversational technology products for enterprise use cases. Prior to GreyLabs AI, Srivastava co-founded Cogno AI and served as its Chief Technology Officer, helping build conversational AI solutions for customer engagement. Cogno AI was acquired by Exotel in 2021, marking one of the notable acquisitions in India's conversational AI ecosystem. 

At GreyLabs AI, she leads product strategy and innovation, developing AI-powered speech analytics and voice intelligence solutions tailored for banking, financial services and insurance organisations. Her work centres on enabling enterprises to better understand customer interactions, improve compliance and generate operational insights at scale. Srivastava represents a new generation of technical founders building specialised AI products designed to solve industry-specific challenges.
