The Best Firms for Data Scientists Certification can help you assess the present health of your workplace culture and compare it to the best. The programme surveys your data scientists & analytics employees to uncover actionable insights and get recognised for your exemplary work culture.

Data Science providers or organisations with data science functions who want to get certified can begin the process by filling in the registration form at the company website. Post this, Analytics India Magazine will conduct an employee survey. A certain threshold of approval rating and the evaluation of a management questionnaire will result in the certification. 

The Best Firm for Data Scientists is a certification that shows the market that you are a desirable employer in the data science, analytics, or the AI/ML space. It also assists you in becoming a better workplace through benchmarking and analysis.

Companies with an analytics team size of at least ten are eligible for certification and can opt for two levels of certification: Growth and Advanced. Every certified company will receive a digital certification badge that can be displayed on social media accounts, swag, job advertisements, and career websites. The badge remains valid for 12 months.
