Voice AI startup Ringg AI has extended its Series A funding round, with Peak XV Partners leading the latest investment and Arkam Ventures and Capital 2b also participating. The company previously raised $5.5 million in its Series A earlier this year, bringing the total to $15.5 million.
The company said the new capital will strengthen its AI platform, expand its voice, WhatsApp and browser agents, invest in its proprietary AI models and context graph, and grow its enterprise business in India and international markets.
Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Tripathi, Kali Charan Vemuru and Utkarsh Shukla, Ringg AI is headquartered in Bengaluru.
The startup builds AI agents that automate customer conversations and the business workflows that follow. Its platform combines voice, WhatsApp and browser agents, allowing them to share context across customer conversations, business rules and enterprise systems.
The agents can handle workflows such as lead qualification, customer onboarding, support, collections and renewals. Human employees can also take over conversations and workflows while retaining the context and actions completed by the agents.
“Nobody buys us because the demo sounds good,” said Tripathi, Founder and CEO of Ringg AI. “They buy us because onboarding improves, resolution times fall, or qualified leads start showing up in the CRM without someone having to make the call.”
Tripathi added that enterprises should not have to buy separate systems for voice and other workflows. “We own the loop from conversation to action to evaluation to improvement,” he said.
Ringg said its agents are already deployed at companies including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova and GoodScore, serving customers across sectors such as healthcare, banking, fintech and IT.
The startup said its platform creates a context graph across customers, conversations, business rules, workflows and enterprise systems. This shared context allows a conversation to move between channels. For instance, a voice interaction can continue on WhatsApp, while a browser agent can complete actions in a CRM or another enterprise application.
Ringg also uses built-in evaluations to measure conversation quality, policy adherence, workflow completion and business outcomes. Enterprise teams can monitor agents, review decisions and take over conversations or workflows when needed.
“We chose to solve the hardest version of the problem first,” said Vemuru, Co-Founder and CTO of Ringg AI. “If an agent can handle a noisy call, switch across languages, and still complete a real workflow, it can work almost anywhere. We are building this in India, for a global market.”
Ringg is also developing its AI stack, including its proprietary speech-to-text model Parrot and small language models. The company said this approach is intended to give enterprises more control over costs, compliance and data residency.
The platform supports deployments across India, the GCC, the US and Europe, along with on-premise deployments.
