Firstsource, Guidehealth Partner to Advance AI-Driven Value-Based Care

The companies are teaming up to bring AI-powered, value-based care models to health plans

Firstsource has announced a strategic partnership with US-based Guidehealth, a technology-driven health services platform.

The collaboration would equip health plans to deliver measurable value for members and providers by accelerating the adoption of next-generation, outcome-driven care models and preventive care.

Firstsource’s AI-first approach combines deep domain expertise with its proprietary relAI suite and UnBPO transformation model to help health plans move beyond incremental change, the company said in a statement.

By embedding AI into operations, Firstsource plans to enable streamlined processes, enhanced member engagement, and better health outcomes through intelligent, interoperable platforms that drive agility and measurable results.

Guidehealth helps in value-based care innovation, helping payers and providers shift to models that reward quality, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes, the release said.

The platform uses analytics, clinical know-how, and AI to assist health plans in enhancing care coordination, reducing costs, and increasing member satisfaction within the first year, the statement claimed.

“By integrating intelligent automation, deep domain expertise, and a human-first mindset, we’re enabling health plans to deliver smarter, more personalised, and outcomes-driven care at scale,” Venkatgiri Vandali, said, head of healthcare & lifesciences at Firstsource. “Together, we’re orchestrating a new era of healthcare transformation.”

Meanwhile, Sanjay Doddamani, MD & CEO of Guidehealth, stated that the company is dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone. He emphasized their focus on promoting value-based care through the integration of AI and empathy, as well as providing technology-enabled healthcare services throughout the healthcare system.

Firstsource and GuideHealth would offer health plans a comprehensive suite of solutions that accelerates successful value-based care adoption through AI, advanced analytics, and clinical expertise.

The tie-up, according to the company, would also streamline claims and care management using automation and data-driven insights to ensure timely, appropriate care and operational efficiency. It would also enhance member engagement and performance by delivering personalised, tech-enabled experiences.
