Jio Institute launches postgraduate programme in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

Jio Institute has begun admissions for its postgraduate programme in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Digital Media & Marketing Communications (AI/DS and DM/MC). The admissions are open for the one-year full-time programme and the last date to apply is May 20, 2022.

The PGP in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS) aims to instil theoretical capabilities and create practical solutions for enterprises and society. The program is tailored for early-career professionals who aspire to become full-stack data scientists and will equip them for various roles, including AI Researchers, Data Scientists, and Industrial and Societal Entrepreneurs.

The PGP in Digital Media & Marketing Communications (DM & MC) will help students acquire knowledge on managing the customer experience in this digital age by engaging, serving and communicating with them. The course is made for early-career professionals who aspire to build a career in marketing communications, brand consulting, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and consumer research. 

Those who want to apply for the AI & DS programme must have an undergraduate degree in computer science/IT/mathematics/statistics/economics, while the DM & MC candidates should have at least a three-year undergraduate degree in any discipline. The applicants must have secured at least 50 per cent or equivalent CGPA in graduation and at least 18 months of work experience as of July 1, 2022.
