LTIMindtree has announced a $100 million multi-year strategic agreement with a US-based global manufacturer of chemicals and polymers, the company shared in a press release.

Under the agreement, LTIMindtree will deliver comprehensive IT services, encompassing core business applications, infrastructure operations, end user support, software asset governance, and project execution.

The engagement is designed to drive intelligent efficiencies leveraging AI, automation, and streamlined processes, while enabling cost optimisation, vendor consolidation, and continuous innovation to enhance service delivery and achieve strategic outcomes.

“This win reinforces LTIMindtree’s position as a trusted transformation partner focused on AI-centric growth in the chemicals and energy sector. We’re committed to delivering measurable outcomes through technology, agility, and deep domain expertise,” said Venu Lambu, CEO and managing director, LTIMindtree.

LTIMindtree reported broad-based growth in its second quarter, driven by a combination of digital transformation wins and AI-focused initiatives.

The company’s consolidated revenue in USD reached ₹10,394 crore, up 5.6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 10.2% year-on-year (YoY).

The company secured several high-profile deals this quarter, including a large engagement with a global media and entertainment company to drive an AI-centric digital transformation, and a multi-geography partnership with a financial institution as one of its five major service partners.

CEO Venu Lambu highlighted the company’s AI ambitions, saying, “We are committed to becoming an AI-centric organisation, leveraging our BlueVerse ecosystem. Our strategy remains on course, and our results reflect disciplined execution, the depth of our client relationships, and solid progress in our ongoing transformation.”

Announced in June, BlueVerse is a new business unit offering a comprehensive suite of AI-driven services designed to help companies adopt and scale AI across operations. It includes over 300 specialised AI agents across industries and functions, all built to work seamlessly within existing systems.

LTIMindtree will deploy its BlueVerse technology for AI-driven efficiencies and innovation in sectors ranging from chemicals to hospitality, fintech, and government projects, including India’s PAN infrastructure transformation.
