Perplexity AI Partners with AWS to Launch Enterprise Pro Solution

Perplexity AI  has announced a strategic partnership  with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to introduce Perplexity Enterprise Pro to a wider customer base. This partnership aims to provide organisations with AI-powered research tools that enhance efficiency and productivity while maintaining security and control.

Perplexity Enterprise Pro leverages Amazon Bedrock to support its generative AI capabilities, which were introduced late last year. The collaboration is set to transform how businesses access and utilise information through AI-driven search and analytics. As part of the agreement, Perplexity and AWS will collaborate on joint events, co-sell engagements, and co-marketing initiatives.

The Enterprise Pro solution is designed to empower businesses with AI-driven research tools that improve efficiency and productivity while ensuring data security and control. Companies with fewer than 250 employees can access Enterprise Pro through a self-serve flow, with pricing set at $40 per month or $400 per year per seat.

Early adopters, such as Databricks, have reported significant benefits, with CEO Ali Ghodsi noting that the solution helps their team save an estimated 5,000 working hours monthly.

"Perplexity Enterprise Pro has allowed Databricks to substantially accelerate R&D, making it easier for our engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute faster. We estimate it helps our team save 5,000 working hours monthly," said Ghodsi.

Perplexity's Enterprise Pro offers several advanced features, including:

• AI Model Flexibility: Users can choose from various advanced AI models, such as GPT-4o, Claude-3, and Sonar Large (LLaMa 3), to suit their specific needs.
• File Uploads and Analysis: Effortlessly upload and analyze files, including PDFs, CSVs, and images, using cutting-edge AI models.
• Enhanced Security and Privacy: The solution includes SOC2 certification, data retention policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure access.
• User Management: Administrators can easily add or remove team members and manage user access.

This collaboration marks the first step in expanding Perplexity Enterprise Pro's availability globally.
