PwC Selects CrewAI to Power Its Global Agent OS for Enterprise AI

This platform will allow PwC to roll out AI agents at scale internally and for clients.

PwC has partnered with CrewAI to power its new enterprise platform Agent OS, marking a shift from experimental AI to full-scale deployment across operations, systems, and client workflows.

In this partnership, CrewAI will serve as a core foundation of Agent OS, enabling structured orchestration, secure execution, and real-time observability. This platform will allow PwC to roll out AI agents at scale internally and for clients, with the flexibility to integrate with a wide range of tools and systems.

CrewAI brings a simple, no-code builder, open-source architecture, and a strong record of delivering reliable outcomes. Its platform includes scoped memory, secure tools, fallback logic, and built-in observability.

CrewAI also supports reusable agent components, cross-platform governance, and adaptive learning for evolving workflows.

“After seeing 700%+ improvements in internal process accuracy using CrewAI-powered agents, this is why PwC is enabling CrewAI within Agent OS more broadly,” said João (Joe) Moura, CEO of CrewAI.

The partnership follows CrewAI’s successful deployments with organisations like the US defence department, PepsiCo, and RBC. PwC now joins that list, opting for CrewAI not as a pilot, but as a production-ready solution across the enterprise.

PwC’s Agent OS is a cloud-agnostic orchestration platform designed to scale AI agents across internal and external client systems.

Jacob Wilson, AI factory leader, PwC mentioned on LinkedIn that this milestone unlocks a unified architecture where CrewAI-powered agents plug directly into PwC’s agent OS, enabling multi-agent workflows across platforms.

Through native support for advanced features like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) messaging, CrewAI enables structured collaboration and smart fallback systems, making the ecosystem smarter—not just the agents.

With this move, PwC continues to advance its technology leadership, helping clients shift from isolated AI pilots to integrated, scalable agentic systems.
