Accenture has announced a new leadership structure for its global consulting operations, introducing seven client-facing units called “Reinvention Partners” and three internal “Reinvention Engines” as part of a broader redesign of its services organisation.
The new structure sits under Accenture’s Reinvention Services organisation, led by Chief Strategy and Services Officer Manish Sharma, and will take effect from March 31, 2026, the company said in a release.
It said the changes are intended to enable it to develop solutions faster and integrate data and artificial intelligence more deeply across consulting engagements.
Reinvention Partners will deliver end-to-end solutions and will work directly with enterprises on transformation programmes.
The seven units and their leaders are: Cybersecurity, led by Harpreet Sidhu; Digital Core, led by Ajoy Menon; Finance, led by Arundhati Chakraborty; Industry and Enterprise, led by Muqsit Ashraf; Song, led by Ndidi Oteh; Supply Chain and Engineering, led by Tracey Countryman; and Talent, led by Karalee Close.
According to the company, the Cybersecurity unit will help clients strengthen cyber resilience and protect enterprises while enabling the adoption of emerging technologies. Digital Core will focus on technology strategy and architecture, data and AI, application modernisation, and cloud infrastructure.
The Finance unit will drive financial performance and deliver insights across enterprises. Industry and Enterprise will focus on reinventing core industry value chains, while Song will concentrate on customer-led growth through marketing, sales, commerce, and digital product capabilities.
Supply Chain and Engineering will help organisations apply AI and digital technologies across product and asset lifecycles, while Talent will address leadership, workforce, and organisational transformation.
Meanwhile, the Reinvention Engines are designed to strengthen skills, develop AI-enabled delivery methods, and advance innovation across the company.
The engines comprise AI and Data, led by Lan Guan; Industry and Process, led by Jason Dess; and Technology, led by Rajendra Prasad.
The AI and Data engine will scale AI capabilities globally and advance training programmes while developing methods for designing and building AI-enabled enterprise technology foundations. The Industry and Process engine will expand industry expertise and develop AI-enabled transformation methods, including enterprise resource planning frameworks. The Technology engine will focus on modern technology stacks and advanced delivery capabilities.
“Together, the Reinvention Engines will work as an elite university, the world’s best innovation lab and a powerhouse of industrialisation all rolled into one,” the company said.
The firm added that while Reinvention Partners will help clients transform their businesses, the engines will focus on advancing Accenture’s own capabilities.
Commenting on the overhaul, CEO Julie Sweet said the structure reflects the growing demand from enterprises for large-scale transformation.
“Our Reinvention Services leaders bring together the full breadth of Accenture to create solutions to our clients’ most complex problems and deliver more value faster, while continuously building the most client-focused, AI-enabled great place to work for our people—our Reinventors,” she said in a statement.
Also, Sharma added that the design aligns consulting delivery more closely with how enterprises operate.
“Reinvention Services is designed entirely around how our clients think about their business issues and organise their operations, enabling us to deliver reinvention for them at greater scale and impact,” he said.
