Adobe has announced the general availability of CX Enterprise Coworker, a new AI-powered solution designed to help businesses improve customer experiences and automate marketing workflows.
The offering was officially launched in April this year at the Adobe Summit.
The new offering is part of Adobe’s Customer Experience (CX) Enterprise platform and aims to help organisations move beyond AI experimentation and achieve measurable business outcomes.
According to Adobe, CX Enterprise Coworker acts as a central intelligence layer that brings together data, content, customer insights, and AI agents from both Adobe and third-party applications. The platform can coordinate workflows across analytics, content creation, customer journey management, and marketing operations.
Anjul Bhambhri, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration at Adobe, said in a statement, “Many organisations are struggling to translate AI adoption into measurable business results. CX Enterprise Coworker was built to help teams deliver better outcomes, reshaping workflows with agentic AI that is grounded in brand, customer and channel intelligence.”
The solution is designed to support businesses across three key areas—marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and marketing operations.
For marketing teams, the platform can help simplify campaign creation by identifying target audiences, generating on-brand content, and building customer journeys based on business goals such as engagement or conversions. Teams can review and approve recommendations before campaigns are launched.
In customer engagement, the AI system continuously monitors performance signals and customer interactions across multiple channels. It can identify opportunities to improve conversions, deliver personalised offers, and help retain customers who may be at risk of disengaging.
The company added that the solution is built on open standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), enabling it to work across Adobe applications as well as third-party AI platforms from companies including Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
The solution is designed for both large enterprises and smaller marketing teams looking to automate customer experience workflows using AI.
