Infosys has secured a multi-year enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation mandate from healthcare provider IHH Healthcare, as the IT services major deepens its focus on large-scale AI-led transformation programmes in the healthcare sector.
Under the engagement, Infosys will help IHH Healthcare standardise and streamline business processes across its markets, beginning with Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
The programme aims to consolidate the healthcare group's legacy ERP systems and integrate functions across finance, procurement, supply chain, human resources and enterprise performance management.
The project will be powered by Infosys Topaz, Infosys’ generative and agentic AI platform, which the company said will embed AI capabilities into IHH's business workflows and improve decision-making through greater real-time visibility into operational data.
“As we continue to optimise and future-proof our operations across markets, this ERP collaboration with Infosys will drive greater cost efficiency while empowering our teams to focus on what matters most—caring for patients,” Dilip Kadambi, Group Chief Financial Officer, IHH Healthcare, said in a statement.
The deal comes as global enterprises increasingly move beyond pilot projects to modernise core business systems with AI capabilities.
According to the companies, the transformation will create a centralised digital foundation for IHH Healthcare, enabling the healthcare group to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen regulatory compliance across markets. The initiative is also expected to support faster, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
“This collaboration with IHH Healthcare reflects our ability to operationalise AI-led transformation at scale. By leveraging Infosys Topaz, we are consolidating fragmented systems into a unified, cloud-based platform that enables real-time decision-making, simplifies cross-market operations, and accelerates enterprise-wide adoption,” Venky Ananth, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare, said.
IHH Healthcare operates 89 hospitals and around 190 healthcare facilities across 10 countries, including India, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey and Greater China.
