AI startup Exaforce has announced a $125 million Series B funding round to advance its "agentic" security operations. The round was led by HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures, and AICONIC.
This latest round follows a $75 million Series A raise last year, bringing the firm’s total capital raised to $200 million.
The company has earmarked the investment for the advancement of Exaforce’s core platform, specifically its multi-model AI and real-time knowledge graph to empower security teams to investigate, detect, and neutralise threats.
Unlike traditional security layers that act as a secondary "add-on," Exaforce aims to be the primary environment where defenders operate. By leveraging a real-time data architecture, the platform addresses the latency issues that often plague legacy systems during high-stakes breaches.
“We built Exaforce to be the platform defenders actually work in, not just an AI layer on top of existing tools,” said Ankur Singla, CEO of Exaforce, in a statement. “It starts with a real-time knowledge graph that gives agents complete context from the start, and extends into rich investigation and visualisation experiences that put security engineers and AI agents on the same page.”
Vinod Khosla, Founder of Khosla Ventures, noted that the platform’s impact goes beyond simple automation. "The biggest opportunity in enterprise security is flipping the economics, so that defenders, not attackers, hold the leverage. When the cost of defence drops by an order of magnitude, the entire calculus of security changes. Exaforce is the architecture that makes that possible," he stated.
With the fresh capital, Exaforce plans to scale its global footprint, targeting aggressive go-to-market strategies in Japan and Europe. Beyond geographic expansion, the company intends to bolster its presence in research and development by enhancing multi-model AI capabilities, aiding enterprises in operationalising agentic workflows, and providing managed detection and response support to improve resilience across critical infrastructure.
