Altre, a tech-based workplace consultant, has launched Aly, an AI-powered intelligence platform designed to transform how organisations make workplace and commercial real estate decisions.
The company said it built Aly specifically for consulting-grade workspace intelligence, offering a new way for businesses to explore location strategy, workplace planning, and office market decisions. Aly allows users to simply ask questions and receive instant, structured insights across cities, micromarkets, buildings, and workplace benchmarks, the company stated.
“Aly reflects our belief that workplace intelligence should be accessible, accurate, and actionable. As organisations rethink how they make workplace decisions, the ability to access credible insights quickly becomes essential. By combining live market data on real estate availability of Grade A stock, supported by business intelligence on competitor mapping and talent availability across various industries, Aly combines the ability of providing business consulting and real estate consulting advice in a well-structured way to the C-suite,” Shweta Sawhney, Founder and CEO of Altre, said in a statement.
The platform draws on proprietary datasets, including live intelligence from its commercial real estate database, transaction intelligence, and research reports. It provides insights into office market dynamics, rental benchmarks, micromarket performance, workplace benchmarks, talent ecosystems, and building-level intelligence across major office markets.
Anurag Tyagi, Founder and CEO of Altre Build-Tech, added, “Aly helps bring greater clarity to these decisions and is part of Altre’s ongoing effort to build technologies that bridge strategic insight into how workplaces are ultimately designed and built.”
At its core, Aly is powered by an architecture designed to translate complex real estate datasets into intuitive, conversational insights, the company noted. “Our goal was to build a system that could interpret structured real estate data and make it accessible through a natural, question-led interface. By combining AI with Altre’s market intelligence, Aly allows users to interact with complex market data in a way that is both simple and highly contextual,” Prakash Singh, VP of Engineering, explained.
