Blue Machines AI has rolled out AI-powered voice agents across multiple businesses of Aditya Birla Capital, completing the deployment in just six weeks. The implementation spans the company’s mutual funds, health insurance and housing finance segments, marking one of the fastest large-scale voice AI rollouts in India’s financial services sector.

The solution integrates conversational AI directly into business workflows, enabling automation across customer outreach, onboarding and servicing functions.

In its mutual fund business, the voice agents are being used to improve investor engagement. They help users explore fund options, answer performance-related queries and guide them through investment processes such as SIPs and lump-sum investments.

Within the health insurance segment, the platform is focused on both advisor and customer engagement. Voice agents are being used to onboard policyholders, explain benefits, and provide updates to distribution partners.

The deployment also extends to housing finance, where the AI system supports field teams by handling documentation follow-ups, simplifying loan-related communication and guiding customers through application processes.

According to Nirmit Parikh, Founder and CEO of Blue Machines AI, the platform is designed to deliver reliable, large-scale interactions while meeting compliance requirements. The system integrates speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and large language models to enable natural conversations.

It also includes features such as multilingual support and a ‘hot-swap’ architecture, which allows switching between AI providers in case of disruptions, ensuring continuity in operations.

As financial institutions increasingly adopt automation, the use of voice AI is expected to expand across more stages of the customer lifecycle, including retention and advisory services.
