Coforge on April 21 announced the launch of two AI-native solutions—Voyager.AI and FlightFlex.AI—aimed at helping airlines enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
The company said Voyager.AI enables airlines to deliver 1:1 personalised offers and experiences across the customer journey using real-time data and AI-driven decisioning.
FlightFlex.AI, meanwhile, provides a unified approach to disruption recovery, combining real-time decisioning, automated rebooking, and proactive passenger communication.
According to Coforge, the solutions are designed to address operational and commercial challenges in the aviation sector, including disruption recovery and real-time passenger engagement.
Voyager.AI integrates booking data, loyalty status, and behavioural signals into a single real-time traveller profile, enabling airlines to deliver contextual, AI-driven personalisation across channels.
It uses AI-based identity stitching, predictive modelling, and decisioning to determine relevant offers or messages for each traveller.
FlightFlex.AI focuses on managing disruptions caused by factors such as weather, air traffic constraints, and operational issues.
The platform combines agentic AI-led decision support, automated workflows, and real-time passenger engagement, covering the full lifecycle from early disruption detection to recovery and stabilisation.
