Credgenics has launched Prix AI, an enterprise voice artificial intelligence (AI) platform designed to automate collections and other business interactions, using recoveries and conversions as performance measures.
The company said enterprises can use the platform for collections, with applications also extending to sales, customer support, and reservations across banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and other sectors.
“With Prix AI, we’re bringing the intelligence and compliance rigour of Credgenics’ collections platform to voice, so lenders and other enterprises can scale conversations while paying for results, not activity,” Rishabh Goel, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Credgenics, said in a statement.
“Our pricing model reflects that belief: we succeed when our customers’ collection outcomes improve,” he added.
According to Credgenics, Prix AI’s voice agents are trained on insights from more than 1 billion collections conversations across 100+ million loan accounts. The platform uses the context of each interaction to trigger follow-up actions, such as suppressing the next day’s reminder when a borrower commits to payment or escalating a dispute to a human collector.
The company said Prix AI can identify borrower sentiment and intent in real time, adapt conversations and switch between 12 Indian languages. It also captures and analyses interactions, including negotiation signals, rationale, and recovery probability, to guide subsequent actions across a portfolio.
Credgenics said Prix AI has 99.9% uptime and response latency of under 800 milliseconds. The company also said head-to-head tests involving borrowers with similar risk profiles showed that Prix AI matched or exceeded human collection agents’ recovery rates.
Credgenics said the platform includes automated quality assurance scorecards, full transcript indexing, and policy guardrails on every call. It also said Prix AI adheres to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Recovery Guidelines, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP), and Do Not Disturb (DND) norms, and is ISO 27001 certified.
Anand Agrawal, Co-founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Credgenics, said, “We built Prix AI not as another voicebot, but as a platform where every conversation starts with context, is handled with empathy, and closes with trust. Having sat inside a collections engine with over a billion conversations, we know which calls move outcomes and which ones just add headcount.”
The company said Prix AI extends its collections technology into voice-based enterprise interactions.
