Infosys and US-based software delivery platform Harness have collaborated to accelerate agentic AI-led software delivery transformation for enterprises globally.
The partnership will combine Infosys Topaz Fabric and Infosys Cobalt with Harness’ software delivery platform to improve productivity, software engineering outcomes, AI governance and time-to-market at scale, the companies said.
The collaboration comes at a time when enterprises are grappling with inefficiencies in software delivery, particularly in downstream processes such as testing, deployment, security, and governance. These functions often rely on manual and fragmented workflows, slowing releases, and increasing operational risk.
Infosys and Harness said the joint offering will focus on standardising and automating the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle by applying AI beyond code generation, bringing context-aware intelligence into areas such as deployment, compliance, and reliability.
The companies plan to offer integrated solutions tailored for large-scale modernisation and transformation programmes, particularly in complex, high-scale, and regulated environments. Harness’ delivery intelligence, combined with Infosys Cobalt cloud capabilities, is expected to enable more deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.
“Our collaboration with Harness combines Infosys Topaz and Infosys Cobalt offerings to help clients unlock AI value and translate their AI ambition into scalable, reliable execution—with trust and governance built in. Together, we are enabling a more disciplined path from innovation to production, embedding security, compliance, and resilience into how software is delivered across complex environments,” Salil Parekh, Chief Executive Officer, Infosys, said in a statement.
Jyoti Bansal, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Harness, said the collaboration solves for the ‘AI Velocity Paradox’, when development speeds up, but downstream processes struggle to keep pace. “By bringing Harness’s intelligent delivery platform together with Infosys’ deep enterprise expertise, we’re helping organisations deliver AI-driven software innovation with greater speed, predictability, and control,” he added.
According to the companies, the collaboration will focus on extending AI adoption beyond development into the broader software delivery lifecycle.
