LTM, formerly LTIMindtree, has launched BlueVerse for iRun, an AI-native managed services platform that uses agentic AI to automate technology operations, marking the latest push by IT services firms to reduce reliance on traditional manpower-led support models.
The offering is designed to help enterprises manage increasingly complex technology environments spanning cloud infrastructure, software applications, and cybersecurity systems through a combination of AI agents and human oversight.
The launch comes at a time when IT services companies are under pressure to demonstrate how artificial intelligence can improve productivity in large managed services contracts, a business that has historically depended on adding engineers to support growing workloads.
LTM said its BlueVerse AI ecosystem creates a unified intelligence layer that brings together enterprise data, telemetry, workflows, and operational information. The company said the platform can identify root causes of issues, recommend actions, and execute tasks within predefined governance controls.
According to the company, the platform aims to automate 60–70% of issue resolution processes, reduce incident closure times by 40–60%, and prevent up to half of potential disruptions before they occur.
“Enterprises today expect managed services to deliver more than efficiency—they expect intelligence, adaptability, and measurable outcomes,” Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer, LTM, said in a statement. “BlueVerse for iRun brings together agentic AI, operational intelligence, and governed automation to help clients move beyond effort-led models to resilient, outcome-driven operations that scale with confidence.”
The launch reflects a broader shift underway in the IT services industry, where vendors are increasingly embedding AI agents into application management, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity services. The goal is to move away from contracts tied primarily to headcount and effort, and toward models focused on automation and business outcomes.
For providers such as LTM, such platforms could also help improve margins by automating repetitive operational tasks, while enabling engineers to focus on higher-value transformation projects.
BlueVerse for iRun will be offered across application management, infrastructure services and cybersecurity operations, the company said.
