AI-native commercial excellence platform SwishX has launched an agentic AI platform for pharmaceutical and medtech firms, aiming to revolutionise sales, marketing, distribution, and business expansion through AI.
As it launches in India, SwishX helps pharmaceutical companies expand into other markets by integrating AI with global market insights. The startup aims to expand its operations throughout Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
The Bengaluru-based startup independently assesses thousands of tenders worldwide, identifies the most promising win opportunities, analyses documents of over 500 pages, suggests potentially winning pricing strategies, and creates proposals in minutes.
Moreover, it modifies lengthy marketing PDFs into personalised video reels for doctors, reducing the timeline from weeks to just one day, as the company claims.
“India’s pharma sector…drives revenues of over $65 billion, and emerging markets combined drive $400 billion while distributing into over 200 countries…Companies often struggle to know where losses are happening, what is selling, which tenders matter most, or how effectively teams are executing in the market. AI agents change that completely,” Dushyant Sapre, Founder & CEO, SwishX, said in a statement.
According to the startup, SwishX is purpose-built specifically for the complexity of emerging markets. India alone has over 1.2 million pharmacies, compared to just ~1,00,000 in the US. Moreover, 30-60% of procurement happens through government tenders, and rate contracts and generic competition are significantly more intense.
In the long run, SwishX intends to create a fully integrated AI system that encompasses the entire value chain of life sciences firms, accelerating the discovery of generic and biosimilar drugs, facilitating drug development, and enabling autonomous commercial execution across multiple markets.
