Tagbin Services Private Limited has signed a five-year MoU with Delhi Research Implementation and Innovation (DRIIV) to advance AI-driven innovation and digital skill development across governance and public systems.

DRIIV, a flagship initiative of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Indian government, was established following recommendations by the Prime Minister’s Science, Technology and Innovation Advisory Council to strengthen India’s science and technology ecosystem and further the vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

Under the agreement, DRIIV will serve as the Project Management Partner and Implementing Agency, while Tagbin will act as the Technology Delivery Partner. The collaboration aims to design and deploy AI-powered digital ecosystems, including AI strategy labs, AI command centres, predictive analytics platforms, and immersive technology environments to support governance, research, and public systems.

Saurav Bhaik, CEO of Tagbin Services Private Limited, said the partnership would strengthen India’s AI and digital innovation ecosystem. “By combining research depth with execution excellence, we aim to accelerate AI adoption in governance and skill development frameworks,” he said.

Prof Ambuj D Sagar, Acting CEO of DRIIV Foundation, noted that the collaboration aligns with DRIIV’s commitment to building robust science and technology ecosystems by leveraging expertise from knowledge institutions in the NCR region. He added that integrating advanced AI capabilities with DRIIV’s cluster-based innovation model would enable data-driven governance and foster the development of indigenous technology.

Krishna Kumar Gaur, Head of Institutional Relations at DRIIV, said the partnership brings together DRIIV’s institutional network and scientific expertise with Tagbin’s strengths in AI, spatial systems, and digital infrastructure, creating impactful technology platforms aligned with national priorities.

The partnership will also support research and development initiatives, pilot projects, workshops, and innovation challenges. It covers end-to-end technology lifecycle delivery, from design and integration to implementation and post-deployment services, with capacity building forming a core component.

Headquartered at IIT Delhi as the nodal institute for the Delhi Science & Technology Cluster, DRIIV will work with Tagbin to drive scalable AI solutions over the five-year term, with the possibility of extension by mutual consent.
