Belgium-headquartered TVH has expanded its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Pune by adding a new office floor at Phoenix Fountainhead, increasing the facility’s seating capacity from 250 to 400. The company announced the expansion, saying the additional 150 seats will support its next phase of growth across technology, engineering, digital products, data and enterprise functions.
The expanded centre will help it scale business-critical capabilities from India while strengthening collaboration with teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. The Pune GCC supports technology, engineering, digital transformation and enterprise operations for TVH’s global business.
Vishal Rajani, Managing Director of TVH India, said the expansion reflects the company’s continued investment in India as a strategic hub.
“India continues to play a strategic role in TVH’s global operations, with our Pune Global Capability Centre supporting critical capabilities across technology, data, engineering and digital transformation,” Rajani said. “This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening these capabilities by investing in the right infrastructure, talent and collaborative environment.”
According to the company, the added capacity will allow the Pune centre to accelerate work across engineering, digital products, data, enterprise technology and business support functions.
The new office includes an innovation space designed for workshops, technical discussions and knowledge-sharing activities. It also features collaboration areas, recreation spaces and a medical room.
TVH said the Pune GCC remains one of its key global capability hubs. Founded in 1969, TVH supplies parts and accessories for material-handling, industrial, construction and agricultural equipment. The company serves customers in more than 180 countries through a network of over 90 branches worldwide.
