IT services firm Wipro has expanded its partnership with ServiceNow to help enterprises deploy agentic AI workflows across key business functions, including IT, human resources, procurement and cybersecurity, as technology services firms sharpen their focus on enterprise AI adoption.
Under the expanded collaboration, the Bengaluru-headquartered company will integrate its Wipro Intelligence suite of AI platforms and solutions with the ServiceNow AI Platform, according to a statement on May 28.
The partnership aims to streamline how enterprises initiate, manage and execute workflows across internal systems by reducing manual coordination and improving operational visibility.
The move comes at a time when large IT services firms are increasingly positioning themselves as implementation and orchestration partners for enterprise AI adoption, particularly around agentic AI systems that can independently manage and execute business processes with limited human intervention.
As part of the collaboration, Wipro said some of its existing offerings, including SmartProcure, Telco Autonomous Networks and Cyber Transform, will leverage ServiceNow’s AI platform capabilities. The company said these solutions are designed to improve procurement workflows, telecom service operations, and cybersecurity incident response and governance.
“AI isn’t new to enterprises, but connected, governed, and outcome-driven AI is,” Amit Zavery, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow, said in a statement. “That’s what this partnership makes real. When agentic AI runs inside secure workflows, ideas start delivering real results and the agentic enterprise becomes possible.”
Meanwhile, Malay Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Wipro’s Americas 1 Strategic Market Unit, said enterprises often struggle with executing AI deployments at scale despite growing interest in the technology.
“For most enterprises, the real challenge with AI is not ambition, but execution at scale. Our expanded partnership with ServiceNow is designed to bridge that gap through a consulting-led, AI-powered approach that translates business priorities into industry-aligned AI solutions,” Joshi noted.
The companies said the partnership would provide enterprises with a unified interface for managing work requests across departments, while embedding governance, auditability and operational tracking into workflows.
The announcement adds to a growing list of partnerships between IT services providers and enterprise software companies aimed at monetising demand for generative and agentic AI deployments across industries.
