Zyoin Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) to support the growth of global capability centres (GCCs) in Karnataka.

The partnership aims to help companies set up, expand and scale GCC operations in the state by combining talent advisory with ecosystem support. Under the agreement, Zyoin Group will provide GCC advisory, talent intelligence and employer branding support, while KDEM will facilitate industry engagement and strategic initiatives to attract global companies.

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, chief executive officer of KDEM, said the partnership would strengthen Karnataka’s GCC ecosystem, including emerging technology clusters such as Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubballi-Dharwad-Belagavi and Kalaburgi.

The two organisations said they will support firms across different stages of the GCC lifecycle, including market entry, operational setup and expansion.

The collaboration comes as Karnataka continues to attract multinational companies looking to establish or expand GCCs in India. The state remains one of the country’s major GCC hubs due to its technology ecosystem, talent availability and policy support, according to the release.

The partnership will also focus on knowledge sharing and workforce planning to address changing business needs. Both organisations said the collaboration would support operational readiness for global companies and contribute to the next phase of GCC growth in Karnataka.

The initiative will also examine startup and innovation collaborations, as well as employment opportunities.

“Karnataka continues to lead India’s GCC transformation journey, and this collaboration with KDEM is an important step toward strengthening the state’s position as a global digital and enterprise hub,” said Anuj Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Zyoin Group and Workplace Awards.

He added that the partnership would support organisations through different stages of the GCC lifecycle, “from entry and scale-up to long-term capability building”.
