Data scientists are required to work with Sam’s Club leadership to build a strategy and execution plan that improves samsclub.com site performance through large data analytics, rigorous A/B testing, data mining, various financial analysis etc. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like engineering / statistics / math / computer science / information technology

Software Engineer III
The position of software engineer entails designing, building, testing and deploying cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting millions of customers worldwide to drive value from data at Walmart Scale. And, also engage with product management and business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome product features to keep the platform ahead of market scenarios. Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 3-7 yrs. of experience in Computer Science.

Senior Big Data Developer
As part of the Customer Analytics Team @Walmart Labs, a big data developer will be a part of development team that builds products at Walmart scale, which is the foundation of Customer Analytics across Walmart. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ yrs. of experience or Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in Big Data Ecosystem with deep experience in Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Cassandra, NoSQL etc.
- Expertise in MPP architecture and knowledge of MPP engine (Spark, Impala etc)
- Experience in building scalable/highly available distributed systems in production
- Understanding of stream processing with expert knowledge on Kafka and either Spark streaming or Storm
- Experience with SOA
- Knowledge of graph database neo4j, Titan is definitely a plus

GPU ML Staff Engineer
As part of the GPU CoE team under Machine Learning Technologies group @Walmart Labs, the engineer will have the opportunity to make a difference by being a part of the GPU Center of Excellence at Walmart that provides cutting edge GPU computing technologies enabled via the Machine Learning Platform as a service for Data Scientists across Walmart. Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 10+ yrs. of relevant experience in Computer Science
- Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, operating systems, etc.
- C/C++
- Knowledge of CUDA and parallel processing paradigms.
