The audience at Cypher has grown more than 5 times over the last five years, with attendees from every walk of the data science community. The last edition saw an attendance of over 1,000 delegates.
2| Industry participation has increased drastically
There has been a tremendous increase in the participation of different companies at Cypher over the last 5 years — such as analytics consumers, analytics service providers, analytics product company, education provider and others. The last edition brought together more than 250 companies while bringing together leading industry players, analytics practitioners and individuals from the field of data science and analytics. There was representation from captives, end users and analytics solutions provider. That’s not all, there has been an increased participation from various industries at Cypher. Some of the companies that attended the event include illustrious names like Deloitte, Cisco and Piramal, among others.

From covering analytics in the earlier conferences, the scope of talks and sessions has increased to more specialised topics such as AI, machine learning, IoT, neural networks and other emerging tech. The industry has matured significantly over the last five years and so have the use cases. This can be seen implemented in the quality of the talks that have evolved over the years.
