Dan Wright has stepped down from his position as CEO of Boston-headquartered AI platform DataRobot. Debanjan Saha, who currently serves as the President and COO has been appointed as the interim CEO.

DataRobot informs that while Saha takes on this role, the Board will conduct an internal and external search for a permanent successor to Wright. Wright will serve DataRobot in an advisory role through the transition period.
In early 2021, Wright took on the role of CEO, succeeding co-founder Jeremy Achin. Wright has earlier served as DataRobot’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining DataRobot, Wright was the Chief Operating Officer at AppDynamics.

The new interim CEO, Saha joined DataRobot in February 2022. Saha comes with over two decades of rich experience, having previously served as VP, data analytics in Google, VP at Amazon Web Services, Aurora and RDS, Director-IBM Storage among other leadership roles.
