Kaushik has over 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C industries in business consulting and strategy, business development, product/brand management, and new product development. His domain knowledge is around information management and application of analytical techniques to drive insights from it. Working primarily on the sell-side of the business, he has supported multiple clients within the BFSI, telecom, retail, and FMCG verticals.
Within Accenture, Kaushik has been involved in multiple leadership positions leading the capability for Communications, Media and Hi-Tech business, establishing the Accenture Middle East Applied Intelligence Practice and now leading the build-up of the Google AI capability on Google Cloud Platform across both Strategy & Consulting and Technology practices.
Before Accenture, Kaushik has spent 2+ years with IBM leading its efforts to set up a new service line around Business Analytics and Optimization in India. Previously he has spent ten years with Experian managing its Information and Analytical business, seven of those in North America. In India Kaushik, led Experian to set up the first Private Credit Bureau under the CIC(R) Act passed by the Parliament of India.
Kaushik has several patents around the following areas of attitudinal segmentation, network & video analytics and in areas of Contact Center Automation.
Kaushik has an MBA from Columbia Business School, MS in MIS, and Bachelors in Mathematics.
