Sindhu Gangadharan has played a leading role in shaping India's enterprise AI ecosystem by combining policy engagement, talent development, and global product innovation. Over the past year, she has contributed to the World Economic Forum and MeitY's AI for India 2030 Advisory Council while driving AI adoption across SAP Labs India, where nearly 70% of the workforce has been upskilled in AI through company-wide learning initiatives.

Under her leadership, SAP Labs India has continued to strengthen its role as a global AI innovation hub, with SAP Document AI emerging as one of the company's flagship enterprise AI products supporting more than 100 languages and multiple business processes worldwide. She has also fostered stronger Indo-German collaboration in AI and digital transformation through her role as President of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.

Gangadharan believes India is rapidly evolving from an AI consumer into a global leader in building and scaling enterprise AI, with the potential to shape how businesses worldwide adopt intelligent and autonomous technologies.
