Nikkitha Shanker

Nikkitha Shanker is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SuperBryn, a startup building evaluation and observability infrastructure for enterprise voice AI systems. A graduate of the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a second-time entrepreneur, she brings more than a decade of experience in building and scaling technology businesses. Before founding SuperBryn, Shanker co-founded Shoppre, a cross-border e-commerce platform that served customers across more than 140 countries. 

At SuperBryn, she is focused on solving one of the most pressing challenges in enterprise AI adoption: ensuring that voice agents perform reliably in real-world environments. The company’s platform enables organisations to monitor, evaluate and improve AI-powered voice interactions at scale, helping businesses deploy conversational AI with greater confidence. As enterprises increasingly integrate AI into customer-facing operations, Shanker’s work highlights the growing importance of reliability, measurement and governance as foundational components of successful AI deployment.
