Vijayalakshmi Raghavan

Vijayalakshmi Raghavan is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Pradhi AI, a company focused on building conversational AI and voice-first technologies for enterprise applications. With leadership experience spanning financial services, technology and artificial intelligence, she has worked across organisations including Franklin Templeton, Mindtree and Wadhwani AI. Prior to founding Pradhi AI, she served as Director at Wadhwani AI, where she contributed to initiatives focused on applying AI to large-scale social and business challenges. 

At Pradhi AI, Raghavan leads efforts to develop AI solutions that simplify user interactions and improve productivity through voice-driven experiences. Combining strategic leadership with deep operational expertise, she has helped shape the company’s vision around making advanced AI technologies more accessible and practical for enterprise users.
